Online Therapy

Just like traditional, in-person therapy, talking online is face-to-face and sessions are kept confidential with the use of an encrypted HIPAA compliant platform. As long as you have a front facing camera on your phone, tablet, or computer, you can take advantage of online therapy. Most clients appreciate the ease of access, avoiding commute time, parking issues, having to take time out of work and/or finding child care.

Free initial Consultation

During the initial consultation, my goal is to learn more about who you are and what you’re experiencing. I will also tell you more about my offerings and answer any questions you might have about my practice or online therapy. I’ll give feedback based on our discussion and let you know what my recommendations are moving forward. We’ll get a good sense of each other when we talk, and this will help you figure out if I’m the best fit for you. By the end, we’ll decide next steps together.

Intake Assessment

The intake will be our first meeting after your consultation. Think of it as a mental health check up. I’ll ask you a bunch of questions and we will go more in depth than we did during the phone consultation.

This assessment will help me to better understand the bigger picture and it will inform any clinical recommendations for therapy.

If you decide to move forward, the therapeutic relationship begins once the intake is complete.

Individual Psychotherapy

Therapy is a process that requires effort and commitment from both the client and the therapist. We travel together on the journey you are willing to take. I am here to guide you through the process of unpacking difficult thoughts, feelings, and attachments.

Throughout this experience, you will gain insight into the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and we will work together to establish more helpful ways to work through your stress. In order for therapy to be effective, you will need to actively participate both in session and in between our meetings.
